I didn't check in with you either, so we're even. I think seeing one another alive and well enough in the common room is enough. Don't worry about it. I understand your priorities were elsewhere.

I'm always used to it until the bodies are there. That never stops feeling wrong.

I'm sure he knows that. Sometimes people would rather be left alone. But it's still nice to know that they don't have to be.

Not that I'm sure if this is the case for either of them. I can't claim to know them well enough.

People will be quicker to notice the absence of support than to be upset at its presence in the wrong form.

That said, I'm sure working hard tomorrow will be seen as support.
