Unfortunately, not quite. Should I grow capable of summoning an even stronger carbuncle, I would need to create another... This is the second of mine own variety, you see—my first was conjured from obsidian.
Nope. Magic's not really a thing on Earth, except for magicians. The Digimon have their own powers though. I'm not sure I'd call that magic though. It's sort of something else.
