Depends on what it is. But I would hope not. [he frowns in thought.] There's a lot of us, so if we have at least enough people that can get everyone back on track and offset the people derailing us, maybe we'll have better luck.
I don't know. Maybe we spent too long on the geese, or we didn't use our time efficiently with the checking we did by looking at something longer than something else. But I can't say for sure.
Yup. It's...important to think about, but at the same time I don't know if it's going to help us to get too caught up in thinking what went wrong this time instead of focusing how to get it right next time.

It's better than not caring, yeah, but at the same time...we can't let it be the sole focus. People can stay angry if that's what motivates them, but it also means they have to be careful not to let it be the thing that consumes them.

Exactly. If people are angry there's a higher chance of us pointing fingers at the wrong person and screwing up the same way we just did. That's the last thing I want.
