what bothers me still is that we're still the only "students" i've seen on this campus

They said it was prestigious. There must be a limit to who qualifies to come here.

if they're gonna keep telling us we took exams and applied for this school, i want solid proof
nobody could tell me when, just that the principal would probably show up "soon"

They may realize they've made a mistake, if they can't find it. That would be nice.

The dorm heads arrived sooner than we expected, so we can hope that the principal will do the same.

if they can't prove anything to us, maybe they'll believe us and we'll get to leave before the term's over
principals at schools are usually busier than other faculty, so it probably depends on what the guy's doing
and if he's a real bear

It's only in good fun, so I let him choose his side first. He believes it's not a real bear.

So I guess that means I'm team bear!

There are some within the Dauntless Vanguard, so I've met them fleetingly when visiting with my brother.

I could probably take one down with a crossbow, but haven't personally done so.

Yes. I find it much more comfortable then a sword. I'm not very strong, so I like to keep my distance.

i've never fought with a real weapon before
swords and stuff aren't really used by regular people
